Healing in the Shadows exists to help others find their light. Self exploration doesn’t have to be scary. Embracing the parts of ourselves we have hidden away helps us become whole.
About Renee
I pull on my history with opiate and alcohol addiction, domestic violence survival, chronic pain and trauma experiences to connect with clients and workshop participants through relatable shared experiences and compassion.
I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in adaptive, trauma focused, inclusive yoga and somatic movement for all ages.
I am also an energy worker, level 1 reiki practitioner and shadow walker. I help clients move through shadow work and into finding and accepting their whole selves.
My Services

Weekly classes offered at a variety of locations in Frederick Maryland. Private classes are available.

We will spend 60 minutes working together to look at your shadows and create a plan to start working with them.

Held every November, join a small group for a long weekend of focusing on shadow work and self love. A spring retreat is also in the works for 2025.

30 or 60 minute session combining Reiki, Shadow Walking and Energy Work to heal the energy body.

I will work with you to put together the perfect workshop or training made specifically for your groups needs and interests.
From an hour to a full day I can provide a program that meets the needs of your group focusing on a range of topics in the realm of personal development, self worth, self care and more.
